FAQs
-
Do you accept insurance?
No, I currently do not accept insurance, and here’s why. Choosing to work outside of insurance allows us to focus fully on what matters most — your needs, not your diagnosis.
Here’s why private pay can be a better fit:
* No required mental health diagnosis to begin treatment
* No session limits or restrictions on the type of support you receive.
* Full privacy—your personal information stays between us, not your insurance company.
* You set the pace and goals of therapy, not a third party.
* I can provide superbills (receipts for services) upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Do I have to be Christian to work with you?
No. I work with women from diverse backgrounds. Faith integration is available but never required.
-
What's your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
-
How often will we meet and how long?
I highly recommend weekly sessions for the first four sessions to build momentum and rapport; however, the frequency of sessions depends on your needs, goals, and availability.
Each session for individual therapy is 50 minutes long, with the exception of our initial intake session which is 60 minutes.

Do you offer in-person services?
Yes! I am currently in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays in Murfreesboro, TN. For those who are not located in Murfreesboro, I offer virtual sessions on those days as well.

What results can I expect?
Clients often report feeling more confident, less anxious, more present, and better able to make decisions without guilt. The work focuses on long-term alignment, not just short-term stress relief.
