Individual Therapy Session Rates
Standard Session Rate: $125
Reduced consistent-care rate available for clients who attend weekly sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes and offered both in-person in Murfreesboro and virtually across Tennessee with midday availability on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for individuals navigating financial hardship or facing systemic barriers to care. If this applies to you, we can discuss this further during your consultation to explore availability.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is due at the time of service and processed through the secure client portal. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. I am currently a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance directly. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
A valid card on file is required for all clients.
Workshops & Speaking Engagements
Pricing for speaking engagements and workshops varies based on the format, group size, duration, and topic.
Topics include: Mental health, self-care, self-prioritization, and faith-based emotional wellness.
Presentations are always tailored to your group’s needs and goals.
