Doin’ Too Much helps you learn how to live.
You've mastered getting things done, showing up, figuring it out, and doing what needs to be done.
But over time, we started to confuse having a fulfilling life with having a full life.
Doin' Too Much is a six-module, self-paced program for Christian women ready to understand why doing, achieving, helping, and handling became so closely tied to who they are—and learn to live from the truth that their worth was never theirs to prove. And we don’t stop there. Awareness requires action, so as you work through the course, you will also be provided with small, tangible action steps to begin implementing everything you’ve learned in the course.

This might sound familiar…
Your life works, but WHEW.. you are working HARD to make it work.
You handle everything that could be handled. You’re responsible, capable, helpful, productive, and when it comes to figuring it out? Oh, honey, you’re in 1st place!
You’re accomplished, respected, and a force to be reckoned with, but it came with some baggage, right? Rest now has to be earned. Saying “no” comes with a side of guilt and a whisper of selfishness. Silence is filled with the never-ending list of what you should be doing. And when things are finally going well, steady even… that just means it’s time to start preparing for what’s next! You know, “stay ready so you don’t have to get ready”, right?
I call it “Doin’ Too Much”. You’ve been calling it “life”.
We’re not learning how to carry 40 hours' worth of stuff in a 24-hour span. We’re learning how to carry what we’re actually purposed to.
DTM helps you uncover the beliefs and patterns beneath the doing—what you've learned about worth, responsibility, faithfulness, rest, identity, and what it means to be “good.”
Then we turn that awareness into something practical: making intentional decisions, honoring your capacity, setting boundaries, trusting yourself, resting without earning it, and living from who God created you to be instead of constantly proving who you are.
You already know how to get things done. This is about building a life that aligns with the life Jesus died for you to live. The exceedingly and abundantly version.
Freedom. Faithful Stewardship. God-given Identity.
6 Modules. One journey from Doing to Living.
Why Doing Became Proof in the First Place. — You didn’t become this way on purpose; it was learned.
The Overfunctioning Cycle — Your beliefs shaped your behaviors and created a cycle you haven’t broken…yet.
From Shame-Driven Faithfulness to Faithful Stewardship — You have to define ‘enough’ otherwise it becomes endless.
What Is Actually Yours to Carry? — Just because you can doesn’t mean you should, so let’s figure out which is which.
Resting While God Remains God — Rest is an act of faith and trust — and evidence of our human limitations.
Living with Nothing to Prove — Living in a way that honors Christ and the woman God created you to be is your God-given right. Let’s do it!
Clinically grounded. Biblically rooted.
Doin' Too Much brings clinical insight and biblical truth into the same conversation. You'll learn practical ways to understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns while rooting what you're learning in your faith and God-given identity.
This isn't about becoming better at performing faithfulness. It's about living in alignment with your faith.
** Doin' Too Much is an educational program and is not a substitute for individual therapy or mental health treatment.
Ready to see what life looks like when you live it instead of “do” it?
DTM is for the woman who knows something about the way she's been living needs to change—and is ready to get curious about what, why, and how.
You already know how to do. You've been doing for YEARS!
Now, let's explore what happens when your days aren't built around proving, preparing, performing, fixing, managing, and earning.
We’re not building a life where you do nothing. We’re building a life where you finally have room to live.
Price: $97. One investment. A lifetime of insight you can continue implementing long after the course is completed.
